Upon arrival, you will be asked to furnish demographic information.  Our assistant will then bring you into an exam room and review your medical, surgical, and social history.  Your doctor will subsequently scan and update your clinical history before conducting a full history and physical examination.  Your chief complaint will be thoroughly investigated.  Any pertinent diagnostic studies will be carefully considered.  A full treatment plan will be discussed and patient education provided.  Our doctors maintain the highest commitment in providing each patient an individualized and comprehensive plan of action.
