We have tried to schedule an appointment for 7 days. Left message each day and even sent 2 emails no one returned a call. So unacceptable and poor service. The review required to check off a star or it would not allow me to submit. I give zero stars to this practice

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to Queena Hoang for her exceptional care and compassion during my recent ear emergency. I was at my absolute wits' end with a foreign object lodged in my ear canal, and the frustration was overwhelming.
From the moment I met Ms. Hoang, she exuded a calm and determined demeanor that immediately put me at ease. Despite the challenging nature of the case, she approached the situation with skill and patience. Her expertise and dedication were evident as she worked tirelessly to resolve the issue.
When she finally successfully removed the object, I was overcome with relief and gratitude. I literally had tears of joy. Her ability to not only resolve the medical issue but also to provide such comfort and reassurance is truly remarkable.
Ms. Hoang is an incredibly skilled provider with exceptional bedside manner. Her welcoming and caring attitude made a significant difference in my overall experience. I will wholeheartedly recommend her to my friends and family.

Friendly and knowledgeable, treated my 101 year old mother with compassion. Very professional staff. Found them when another doctor's office screwed up our appointment, things happen for a reason. Will not hesitate to share my good fortune and tell anyone who needs an ENT visit.

My experience was beyond amazing! The front desk staff was the best!!!! Dr. Janice Chen does not deserve five stars but 10! She was extremely kind, courteous and professional! She should be running her own office. I highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Manoj Kantu was very pleasant and professional in addressing my concerns, and his awesome nurse practitioner Janice Chen resolved my issue by cleaning my stuffy left ear. Additionally, his technicians who tested my hearing, and his friendly front desk staff were all excellent. They were thorough, helpful, and explained everything that was being done. I arrived feeling very hassled with my ear problem, but left feeling really good and grateful for this wonderful practice!

Very pleasant and professional staff. The doctor was outstanding. Friendly. Patient and thorough. The hearing audiologist was extremely friendly and patient. Wait time was good, in and out in about an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Doctor was thorough. I wish she slowed down just a little bit. I know she has a lot of patients but maybe just taking one minute longer so that we can understand everything. All in all very good though.
